赵高凌,1965年6月出生于浙江省宁波市。1995于浙江大学材料系获工学博士学位。现任浙江大学材料与化学工程学院教授、博士生导师。

1987年9月-1990年7月 中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所,获工学硕士学位; 
1990年9月-1995年10月 浙江大学材料系无机材料专业,获工学博士学位; 
1992年9月-1995年5月   日本京都大学化学研究所,中日联合培养博士生; 
1996年1月-1998年10月 浙江大学材料系,博士后; 
1996年10月-1998年9月 日本京都大学化学研究所,客座研究员; 
1998年10月-现在       浙江大学材料系, 从事教学科研工作
