吕斌,副研究员,博士。1996年进入浙大物理系,2005年获理学博士学位;其间曾在新加坡国立大学以助理研究身份进行合作研究半年;2005年10月起在日本东京大学物性研究所从事博士后研究工作;2007年11月至今在浙江大学硅材料国家重点实验室工作,硕士生导师。近期研究方向有:半导体功能材料与器件、二维层状材料的环境与能源应用、固体的表面与界面等。已在PRL,APL,PRB,Nanoscale等国内外著名学术期刊上发表文章70余篇, 并以第三作者出版学术教材一部。拥有授权国家发明专利2项。主持国家自然科学基金、钱江人才计划、企业委托技术开发等科研项目多项。
