杜丕一,男,江苏苏州人。1982年于山东建材学院材料系获工学学士学位。1987年获浙江大学工学硕士学位。1992年于浙江大学材料系获工学博士学位。1992年至1994年在浙江大学物理学博士后流动站工作,1995年起在浙江大学材料系任副教授,1998年起任浙江大学教授、材料科学与工程博士生导师,其中1998,1999年于葡萄牙Aveiro大学进行访问研究。
  杜丕一目前主要从事材料科学与工程相关领域的科研与教学工作。兼任中国硅酸盐学会特种玻璃委员会理事,中国硅酸盐学会溶胶凝胶分会理事,中国机械工程学会工程陶瓷委员会副理事长,浙江大学学报工学版、陶瓷科学与艺术和功能材料杂志编委,材料科学与工程学报副主编。
  杜丕一长期从事材料科学与器件应用的研究,侧重于无机非金属及凝聚态材料的化学与物理。主要的研究方向为光、电、磁敏感功能材料、智能结构及应用,光电半导体薄膜及敏感器件应用及电子信息功能陶瓷、薄膜及相关器件应用等,特别在超高介电、高磁多相复合高性能电子陶瓷材料、微波介电可调薄膜材料、大面积快速沉积纳米硅薄膜和无催化自诱导硅化物纳米线的CVD法形成及纳米线电极/功能薄膜一体化结构的研究与应用方面取得了重要和创新成果。承担包括国家自然科学基金重大项目、重点项目和面上项目课题、国家973项目课题及其它省部级以上科研项目在内的基础与应用研究课题。已发表SCI、EI收录论文230余篇,获得国家发明专利授权30项,获国家科技进步二等奖一项,浙江省科技进步一等奖一项,教育部自然科学二等奖一项。代表性论文发表在ANGEWANDTE CHEMIE-INTERNATIONAL EDITION、ADVANCED MATERIALS、APPLIED PHYSICS LETTERS、JOURNAL OF MATERIALS CHEMISTRY、CRYSTAL GROWTH AND DESIGN、JOURNAL OF PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY、NANOTECHNOLOGY、JOURNAL OF APPLIED PHYSICS等权威杂志上。至今培养博士生10余名,硕士生30余名。主要承担的教学工作有“材料科学基础”,“材料结晶化学”,“非晶与玻璃态材料”和“高等硅酸盐化学与物理”等本科生与研究生课程。

Curriculum Vitae
Dr Piyi Du, Male, a Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University Hangzhou China. He joined Zhejiang University in 1992, was as a postdoctoral research fellow in Physics Department in 1992, promoted to Associate professor in 1994, and then to full professor in 1998. He received a PhD and M.Sc in Materials Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University in 1992 and 1987 respectively and a B. Sc in Jinan University (Shandong Institute of Building Materials) in 1982 Jinan China. From 1998 to 1999, He was a visiting scholar at University of Aveiro Portugal.
His primary research areas are synthesis and processing of ceramic thin and thick films and ceramic bulks including electronic ceramics and films, semiconductor thin films and their applications, optic, electric and magnetic sensitive thin and thick films, a number of functional composite thin and thick films and composite bulks, development of smart materials and systems. He is undertaking the main projects of “ferroelectric/ferromagnetic composite ceramics with super high permittivity and high permeability”, “microwave materials with tunable dielectric constant”, “self induced metal siliside nanowires prepared by CVD method without catalyst” and “dielectric thin film/nanowire electrode integrative functional structure and applications” in resent years.
He is teaching the 2nd year "Essential of Materials Science", the 3rd year "Materials Crystal Chemistry", and graduate course "Essential of Non-crystalline Materials".
He received second grade National Award, first grade Provincial Award and second grade Educational Ministry Award of the advancement of Science and Technology for his achievement in the research areas. He has authored over 180 publications typically in journals of ANGEWANDTE CHEMIE-INTERNATIONAL EDITION, ADVANCED MATERIALS, APPLIED PHYSICS LETTERS, JOURNAL OF MATERIALS CHEMISTRY, CRYSTAL GROWTH AND DESIGN, JOURNAL OF PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY, NANOTECHNOLOGY and JOURNAL OF APPLIED PHYSICS etc, written a book, Essential of Materials Science and had more than thirty China Patents licensed. He is a member of Chinese Ceramic Society, a member of Chinese Vacuum Society and a member of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. He is members of the editorial boards of “Journal of Zhejiang University-Engineering Science”, “Ceramics Science and Art” and “Journal of Functional Materials” and an associate editor of "Journal of Materials Science and Engineering"
