张立宪，吉林德惠人。哈尔滨工业大学航天学院教授、博士生导师，教育部青年长江学者特聘教授。主持国家、省部级科研项目20余项。发表论文140余篇，其中自动控制领域顶级期刊Automatica及IEEE自动控制汇刊论文22篇，长文3篇，Google学术引用6600余次，SCI他引3000余次。获国家自然科学二等奖1项(排名第三)，黑龙江省自然科学奖一等奖1项(排名第一)，黑龙江省青年科技奖。现任IEEE系统人控制论协会哈尔滨分部主席，为IEEE自动控制汇刊及IEEE控制论汇刊编委，曾任IEEE工业信息学汇刊专刊客座主编等任职。国家优秀青年科学基金、黑龙江省杰出青年科学基金获得者，入选中组部青年拔尖人才选聘计划（万人计划）、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划，2014、2015及2016年度汤森路透全球高被引学者。2016因在非确定切换系统领域中的贡献当选IEEE Fellow。
